It has been a little over a week since Thanksgiving. The tryptophan has hopefully worn off and everyone has recovered from their Black Friday shopping wounds. With barely enough time to curl the ribbons, Christmas will be here.

But before the joys and flavors of Thanksgiving are filed away into the cabinets and storage shelves of memory, I would like to recognize some of our fans who shared the holiday beyond the dinner table. The individuals listed in the roll call below were inspired by our Calling All Turkeys promotion, and to show a little extra support, they shared a bite in their community through food, time and money. Thank you to everyone who supported our promotion. Your generosity made a difference in someone’s life this year.

The Kintzeles of Albuquerque, NM – Provided a monetary donation to the Airman’s Council for holiday meals and non-perishable items to their local food bank.
The Burns family of Indianapolis, IN – Delivered meals Thanksgiving day via the United Way.
